Victor Willis, the founding lead singer of disco legends Village People, has died at the age of 74 after what's been described as a short but aggressive illness. Willis was the unmistakable voice behind some of the biggest disco hits of all time, including YMCA, Macho Man, Go West and In the Navy. His family and the band have asked for privacy, as tributes continue to pour in from fans around the world.

This afternoon on Canny Radio we will be playing some of the Village People's best-loved hits in tribute to Victor Willis. Be listening to re-live those classic songs which we'll playing throughout this afternoon.
